All domestic shipments sent via the United States Postal Service.
International shipments via DHL or United States Postal Service as determined by
the customer at checkout.
Free shipping on domestic orders over $250.
All orders are shipped in 100% compostable packaging.
Return Policy
As a small business offering small batch production, refunds can not be accommodated at this time. Our return policy is for exchange or store credit only.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping is not covered by Shop Shani and is the customers responsibility.

Email hello@shopshani.com to process an exchange or to receive a credit code for the full amount of your purchase. Store credit is valid for one calendar year from issue date.
Exceptions / Final Sale items
Vintage and markdown items are final sale. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
